The Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Ruben Rubinyan referred to the appeal of the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed to the Russian President and the reaction of the RF MFA on it.
"The Prime Minister Pashinyan's appeal to the Russian President to start consultations immediately and the response of the Russian Foreign Ministry should be viewed as the start of an important process", Rubinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
