"Yerevan applied to Russia for a security consultation within the framework of a bilateral agreement. This is not about CSTO involvement". The Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan stated this, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, he did not rule out that Russia's request for military assistance to Armenia would be discussed during the consultations.
