At 7:08 a.m., explosions were heard in the city. At the same moment, the air alarm signal was activated.
This time the central market of Stepanakert became the target of Azerbaijani forces. Part of the infrastructure of public importance was destroyed, causing great material damage to the civilian population.
The next blast destroyed a house. Neighboring apartments were also partially damaged. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties", the message reads.
