At around 07:08 this morning, the enemy fired on Stepanakert and Shushi, violating the agreement reached in Geneva on the non-targeting of peaceful settlements mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.
In Stepanakert, the central market and one residential house were targeted by the enemy forces. In Shushi there are wounded among the civilian population as a result of the enemy's blows. Defense Army reports this.
