For the humanitarian mission, the Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh Arman Tatoyan and Artak Beglaryan sent an invitation to the heads of all diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Armenia to visit Artsakh.
In the joint invitation, the Ombudsman of Armenia expressed readiness to personally accompany them to Stepanakert and Shushi, to organize their humanitarian mission on the spot together with the Ombudsman of Artsakh, guaranteeing their safety with the competent bodies and the exclusively humanitarian nature of the visit.
The purpose of the invitation is to show all the international partners represented in Armenia the atrocities of the Azerbaijani armed forces against the civilian population, the mass destruction, the evidence of the use of prohibited weapons, etc.
