The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan commented on his recent statement that there is no diplomatic solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict at the moment.
"What is the moment when the leaders of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries, one moment the President of Russia, one moment the President of France, the third moment the President of the United States agree on a ceasefire, but it does not happen?"
How is it possible to talk about a diplomatic solution if the ceasefire is not observed?. The diplomats of the two countries, through the mediation of the leaders of the powerful countries of the world, reach a diplomatic agreement that a ceasefire will start at a certain time the next day, which is very clear (that is, we do not fire after that hour), but the agreement is not implemented.
How serious is it to hope that greater diplomatic arrangements can be made in those conditions? In other words, the diplomatic solution is the hundredth step we have to take. We have to climb that ladder to reach the last. If we can not take the first step, how can there be hope, that we will take the last step?", said the Prime Minister Pashinyan.
