The "Lurer" team continues to work in war-torn Artsakh. Mushegh Isakhanyan's interlocutor is Davit Babayan, Advisor to the Artsakh President.
The presidential adviser noted that the situation on the border is almost the same, the enemy is trying to break through our defensive positions along the entire front.
"Especially heavy fighting took place in the north, northeast and south. The Defense Army was very effective tonight. All encroachments have been stopped. Moreover, a large group of the enemy, armed with all modern equipment, including missiles, appropriate technique and systems, tried to take a more favorable position to launch an attack in the direction of Shushi. The whole group was destroyed yesterday.
The whole of Stepanakert saw that fireworks. Our artillery was exemplary. We can say that the first attack on Shushi was effectively stopped by the Defense Army, causing huge losses of human and military equipment to the enemy", Babayan said, adding:
"After the losses, the enemy has weakened the offensive energy in some places, but the Defense Army is very vigilant and ready to destroy any encroachment.
The defense army also carried out very strong counterattacks. It will always be like this. Artsakh exists, will stand, and we will fight to the end, because this is not only the fate of Artsakh, this is the fate of Mother Armenia, the Armenians and the Armenian statehood".
