The Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in Nagorno Karabakh with the permanent members of the Security Council.
"The situation in the Caucasus was discussed, with emphasis on the developments in Nagorno Karabakh", the official website of the Russian President reported.
They also exchanged views on the tragic events in Europe. "The participants in the meeting once again strongly condemned terrorism in all its forms", the Kremlin said in a statement.
