"Certain news portals manipulate the names of army generals who trod the path of glory. This is unacceptable" said Vahram Poghosyan, the spokesman of the Artsakh president.
"The assumptions on the extent of involvement of army generals in the war leads to wrong inferences and misleads our public. Generals cooperate with army on the highest level. The amateur comments on the military sphere in time of war are disruptive. All the military operations and actions are developed and implemented by the headquarter of the armed forces under the leadership of an experienced commander, Artsakh defense minister Mikael Arzoumanyan.
It is hoped that good sense and mutual understanding will prevail, Poghosyan notes", Poghosyan said.
