The Artsakh Defense Army issued a statement emphasizing that the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan absolutely does not care not only about the norms of international humanitarian law, but also about the corpses of their own servicemen and their memory.
"Azerbaijan regularly violates the agreements rached through the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs for a humanitarian ceasefire for the exchange of corpses, prisoners of war and other detainees, while thousands of Azeri corpses destroyed during hostilities, are already rotting in various parts of the frontline.
By such behavior, the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan shows that it absolutely does not care not only about the norms of international humanitarian law, but also about the corpses of their own servicemen and their memory", the Artsakh Defense Army said in a statement.
