At the moment, the cities of Stepanakert, Shushi and Martakert are being shelled by the enemy forces from the "Smerch" volley fire complex, according to the Artsakh Defense Army.
"The enemy, once again violating the requirements of international humanitarian and traditional rights, has set fire to exclusively peaceful settlements, as a result of which there are casualties among the civilian population.
The military-political leadership of Azerbaijan is committing another war crime. The entire responsibility for further escalation of the situation lies with the criminal leadership of Azerbaijan", the Defense Army said.
