The representative of the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan presented the operative-strategic situation in Artsakh at the Armenian Unified InfoCenter today.
"Today the hostilities continued along the entire front, but not with high intensity. First, in the southern part, in the direction of the front line from Berdzor to the shores of the Araks, there were certain military operations. Our armed forces managed to get certain positional improvements.

Fighting continues in the vicinity of small settlements. Today they took place in the areas of Avetaranots and Sghnakh villages, also adjacent hills and forest masses. Subversive groups penetrate in different directions, the fight against them requires a special tactic.
According to the representative of the RA Ministry of Defense, the shelling of different settlements of Artsakh continued during the day, mainly artillery and rocket means are used.
