According to the radio intelligence, analyzing the tactics and telephone conversations of Turkish-Azerbaijani mercenaries and terrorists and comparing the intelligence facts, it became clear that the Azerbaijani armed forces have been diligently establishing terrorist bases in the areas, from which the Armenian forces withdrew for tactical purposes.
"Their actions can aggravate and destabilize the situation not only on the borders of Armenia and Artsakh, but also pose a serious threat to the entire region", the Artsakh Defense Army said.
