The Artsakh Defense Army has issued a statement, which states:
"The Defense Army has repeatedly stressed its commitment to the ceasefire agreements reached. However, the views of the Azerbaijani side on these agreements seem to be completely different. They seem to interpret these agreements as a permit to target the peaceful population and infrastructure of Artsakh, to exterminate the Armenians of Artsakh.
It can not be so.
The Artsakh Defense Army is taking all necessary steps to neutralize any threat to the people of Artsakh”.
