The National Assembly discussed in the second reding the draft of the law on making additions to the Law "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law".
Deputy Defense Minister Gabriel Balayan informed that the draft law regulates the conditions for the order of use and guarantees in case it is necessary to use the property of individuals and legal entities during martial law, as well as the conditions for compensation in case of property damage.
The draft law was passed unanimously by 69 votes in favor.
