Hours ago, the Azerbaijani armed forces struck in the direction of Stepanakert, this time targeting the Maternal and Child Health Center (maternity hospital), residential and public facilities.
Large-scale destruction was registered in Stepanakert. The Artsakh Human Rights Defender - Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan states that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to deliberately commit war crimes against the civilian population.
"These new crimes are the result of the international community's permission for the previous crimes, which is used by the Azerbaijani side.
Therefore, both Azerbaijan and the international community are responsible for these crimes", said Artsakh ombudsman Artak Beglaryan.
