The Russian president Putin and Turkish president Erdogan did not discuss Turkey’s participation in the negotiation process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement in a telephone call, press secretary of the RF president Dmitri Peskov states. It is reported by Region Monitor.
"It was not on the agenda", Peskov said to the reporters. While president of Turkey, according to RIA Novosti reports, suggested president of Russia to jointly participate in settling escalated NK conflict in a phone negotiation.
