Today, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan had a telephone conversation with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolay Patrushev.
The RA Security Council Secretary referred to the situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani border, stressed the fact of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan, as well as Turkey's destabilizing involvement. The RA SSC praised the role of Russia in the settlement of the conflict.
The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev stressed the need for a peaceful and diplomatic settlement of the conflict.
