For the third time, the Azerbaijani side grossly violated the humanitarian ceasefire agreement. Spokesman for the Artsakh Republic President Vahram Poghosyan wrote about it on Facebook.
"Appropriate conclusions will still be drawn about this blatant impudent behavior of the Aliyev regime towards all civilized humanity, but today the task of all of us is to defend the Homeland from the Turkish enemy. They left us no alternative, and that is the only way, it should lead us only to Victory", Poghosyan wrote.
