The Turkish authorities must refrain from pursuing a policy of escalating the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The call was made by the French Secretary of State for Europe Clement Beaune, TASS reports.
According to him, Ankara only "adds fuel to the fire", while Paris, Moscow and Washington are trying to resolve the conflict peacefully.
"France, Russia and the United States, which are co-chairs of the Minsk Group, seek to end hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh and facilitate the start of negotiations between the conflicting parties. And Turkey must stop aggravating the Karabakh conflict and adding fuel to the fire", he said.
