Canadian Foreign Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne is in constant contact with the Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan. He wrote on the followinf on Tweeter:
"I talked to Mnatsakanyan. We acknowledge that the US talks at midnight will lead to a new ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh. We continue to urge external forces to stay away from the conflict and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to establish control mechanisms".
Earlier, the RA Foreign Minister Mnatsakanyan published the smiling children of Shushi on his Twitter page and wrote:
"It is impossible to break the spirit of Artsakh/NagornoKarabakh. Take the message from these kids. They radiate so much confidence, so much life, so much optimism, freedom and dignity. I am so grateful to them, love them".
