The upper Askeran sub-region of Artsakh continues to be targeted by the enemy. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service.
"Despite the fact the Azerbaijani side claims that it does not fire in the direction of peaceful settlements, the Madatashen community of Askeran region was recently shelled, 3 houses were damaged and one object of economic significance. There are no casualties", the statement said.
