"Today military operations continued along the entire front, from north to south. The shelling started in the early morning in the north, some military operations were carried out, which, however, are inferior in intensity to the military operations in the southern direction". The representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan informed about this today, during the press conference held at the Armenian Unified InforCenter.
According to him, subversive groups were observed in several villages north of Hadrut, south of Martuni, including in the forests near the village of Avetaranots. Search and destruction operations of them continued in other areas as well.
"As a rule, subversive groups do not fight, they try to avoid and escape from the place where our Armed Forces units appear", Hovhannisyan said.
According to him, during the whole day from the southern direction to the north and to the west, the enemy has carried out dozens of attacks and intensive military operations continue at the moment.
