The Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan presented the results of the recent observations at a briefing with journalists.
According to him, as a result of the Azerbaijani aggression, 37 civilian casualties, at least 118 wounded have been registered so far, there are also missing civilians.
"About 10,500 private properties, apartments, houses, shops, more than 1,500 infrastructure units were damaged or destroyed, as well as public and industrial facilities, more than 1,000 movable property are damaged", said the Human Rights Defender.
