Frank Pallone, Co-Chair of the Armenian Affairs Committee of the US Congress, together with 31 representatives, submitted a resolution recognizing the independence of the Artsakh Republic, to the US House of Representatives.
"It is very important that the House of Representatives sends a strong message in support of the aspirations of Artsakh and its people for independence, especially on the background of Secretary Pompeo's important meetings with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan", Pallone said.
