Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan said they had received information that the Azerbaijani armed forces regularly attempt to attack in the uniform of the Armenian servicemen.
"First of all, the Azerbaijani side probably intends to confuse the Armenian servicemen and achieve success at the expense of it.
Second - on the one hand, they intend to artificially reduce and hide their victims, and on the other hand, try to present them as Armenian victims during the exchange of corpses", Beglaryan wrote.
