The US Congressman Brad Sherman posted on his Facebook page that Azerbaijan's message is clear: violence and not negotiations.
"Four weeks have passed and Azerbaijan has violated the two ceasefire agreements and continues to indiscriminately target the people of Artsakh.
Azerbaijan's message is clear: violence, not negotiations. The United States must convey another message: if the attack continues, we are ready to recognize the independence of the Artsakh Republic", Sherman wrote.
