"As a result of the shelling of Martakert town 2 houses of an apartment building were set on fire. The fire-rescuers of Martakert managed to extinguish the fire quickly, so that other apartments would not catch fire.
According to preliminary data, the enemy opened fire in this direction from Grad. There are no human losses. At dawn, the villages of Karmir Shuka and Taghavard in the Martuni region were targeted by Azerbaijan. Smerch type missiles are used here.
At the moment, a number of villages in the Martuni region, including the Red Market, are being shelled with Smerch", the statement reads.
