Lieutenant Colonel Arayik Avagimyan is one of the brave Armenians presented with the "Combat Cross" Order of the 2nd degree. He will receive the high state reward for skillful and organized artillery operations, accurate calculations, as a result of which significant losses were inflicted on the enemy forces, and their attempts to advance were stopped.
Sergeant Garik Hamamyan, Sergeant Hayk Amirjanyan, Private Eduard Sargsyan, Lieutenant Tigran Karapetyan, Sergeant Armen Avetisyan for defeating 2 enemy tanks and Senior Lieutenant Levon Altunyan for destroying 3 enemy tanks will receive the same class state awards, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh reports.
