Haykak Arshamyan, the Head of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund, wrote on his FB page that the haghteluenq.com webside was created in response to Azerbaijani aggression.
"The site contains links to official and unofficial sources, where you can get reliable information these days. The site was created by developers who collaborate with the foundation. You can also follow the fundraiser Realtime in site", Arshamyan wrote.
