As reported earlier, the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan delivered a video message from the frontline.
The message says:
"Dear compatriots, I want to address you from the frontline, from the outskirts of Aghdam, only a few hundred meters away from the enemy.
To win, we need to believe the most. Faith has the greatest power. I believe we will win. I want you all to believe that we will win. I want all our churches to pray every day for our martyrs and, of course, our soldiers on the frontline.
I want every person, every Armenian to wake up every morning to pray for our victory. I want to believe that we will win. I want the unity that exists today to be preserved.
I want you all to realize that the future of our nation depends on you. I want you to fulfill your duty to your Homeland an hour and a day in advance, if possible, fulfill that duty on the frontline.
You are waited for at the border more than ever! Do your patriotic duty with honor.
This is a patriotic war. And at the end I want to repeat, you have to believe. I believe: We will win".
