Armenia was and is ready for a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The Prime Minister's spokesperson Mane Gorgyan said this in a conversation with "Armenpress".
"The RA Prime Minister emphasized in his speech today that Armenia has always been ready for a compromise solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and is ready today. The Prime Minister also expressed readiness to meet with the President of Azerbaijan in Moscow. Armenia has been and is ready for a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and appreciates the mediation efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, in particular the Russian Federation", she said, adding that Azerbaijan considers military force to be the main factor in resolving the issue and continues to violate ceasefire agreements.
"Accordingly, the Armenian people must consolidate their defense potential in order to be able to defend what they have to say on the diplomatic front", said the Prime Minister's spokeswoman.
