All we have to do is fight to the end and unwaveringly, for the rights of our people. The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this live on Facebook.
"To fight for the rights of our people means, first of all, to take up arms and dedicate ourselves to the defense of the homeland. If this process is organized effectively and continuously, we will finally be able to reach a diplomatic solution acceptable to us. In fact, today Azerbaijan says it does not agree with anything other than the capitulation of Karabakh. You understand what that means", said the Prime Minister, emphasizing that by talking about Karabakh, we are talking about the rights of our entire people. Pashinyan said that in the early 1990s we formulated that there is no Armenia without Artsakh.
"To protect the rights of the people of Artsakh means to protect the rights of the Armenian people. First of all, it means fighting, taking up arms and fighting for those rights until it is possible to reach an acceptable solution through diplomacy", said the Prime Minister.
Pashinyan stressed that this process should be organized and implemented by political leaders. "Today I address this call to all the mayors of our country, all village heads, all state and local self-government bodies, the heads of those bodies, so that they assume the leadership, form volunteer detachments, which will carry out the work of protecting the rights of the Armenian people.
These detachments must be placed at the disposal of the Chief of General Staff and the moment of formation must be considered equivalent to a military oath. It means that they must stand firm in those places and carry out the task set before them by the command", he said, addressing parties, NGOs and civic initiatives.
Pashinyan also said: "This is a turning point, because we are a people who saw the genocide, and today we must all stand by the heroic soldiers and generals. The situation leaves us no choice but to win. There is no middle solution. There is victory and there is defeat. Victory requires the efforts of each of us". said the Prime Minister.
