According to the Ministry of the Artsakh Foreign Affairs, today in the Spanish Congress, MP Jon Inarritu stated: "Turkey, which is involved in the ongoing conflicts in the Mediterranean, the Caucasus and the Middle East, has joined Azerbaijan to shell the civilian population of Artsakh".
