The State Emergency Situations Service of the Artsakh Republic informs that in parallel with the fighting on the night of October 18-19, Azerbaijan once again violated the ceasefire agreement, opening fire on peaceful settlements of Artsakh, targeting civilian objects.
In particular, the town of Martuni, Urekan, Ishkhanadzor, Aygehovit and Vurgavan communities of Kashatagh region were shelled. The information about the victims and damages is being clarified.
