Director of the State Emergency Situations Service of the Artsakh Republic Karen Sargsyan paid a regular visit to the capital Stepanakert today, to follow the work of the sapper group, at the same time to check the work done.
Sapper detachments are now working in several directions. In visible places, the city has already been cleared of bombs and unexploded ordnance. Now the works are going on according to the calls of the population.
Karen Sargsyan also visited civilian infrastructure shelled. "Azerbaijan cannot destroy the national identity of Artsakh, which has been created for millennia. Each of us must do everything possible to make our settlements more prosperous and safe”, said Karen Sargsyan.
