Hovhannisyan reported that since early morning the hostilities have continued in the same directions. At first, they made another attempt to attack on the northern side, were crushed and thrown back, without any significant success. According to him, at the same time, they tried to launch offensive operations in two separate sections in the southern direction.
"In one of the directions obviously falling under the heavy artillery fire of the Armenian armed forces, they fled, suffering a large amount of equipment and ammunition. Offensive battles have continued in another direction, as a result of persistent battles they have made certain movements", Hovhannisyan said.
"It is a fifth generation war with high-tech means, and no separate military operations are being carried out for the protection of static lines. Therefore we will not mention specific lines, successes and retreats in this regard", Hovhannisyan said.
He informed that as of 20:30 today, 9 UAVs were hit, 2 of which in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Hovhannisyan said that at this moment the hostilities continue, in the southern direction stubbornly.
