Garo Paylan, an Armenian member of the Turkish Parliament and politician, wrote a post on his Facebook page, addressing the members of the Minsk Group.
"I call on the members of the Minsk Group to make efforts to stop the fire between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Attacks on civilian areas must be stopped. We must do more to stop the war", Garo Paylan stated.
