The Artsakh Foreign Ministry issued a statement welcoming the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and Armenia to ceasefire for humanitarian purposes.
"We welcome the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the Republic of Armenia to cease fire and reduce tensions in the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict zone.
The Artsakh Republic reaffirms its readiness to maintain the conditions of the humanitarian ceasefire on a reciprocal basis according to the Moscow statement of 10 October and the agreements of 17 October 2020", the statement reads.
