Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, mentioned that the deployment of peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh is possible only by agreement of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Ria Novosti reported.
“The primary question is whether the conflicting parties, Armenia and Azerbaijan, are ready for that. Deployment of any peacekeepers forces, observer etc is possible only with the consent of both parties”, Peskov told to journalists.
