The smell of red beans made by Mrs. Karine has been wafting through the building since the morning, bringing together the neighbors living far and near.
As we say In Karabakh dialect, we will make Lobu shorva.
On the 18th day of the war, despite the tense border situation, under the explosions, in Stepanakert, Mrs. Karine also made very good borscht. The people of Artsakh are not depressed.
The victory will be ours, because we are fighting for our fatherland, we will not leave our land. Maybe this is just a part of land for them but for us this is our fatherland.
We will not leave.
The women of Artsakh, who did not leave their homeland, stood firmly on their land, they fight the enemy by living, stand firmly behind their sons, husbands and fathers, waiting for a call from them every minute.
Let the night be peaceful, that is the wish of all of us.
We look forward to victory with faith and hope.
In anticipation of the good news, this image is everywhere in Artsakh: hope, faith and prayer to God and the Army, that the war ends and our victorious boys come home soon.
“Every day we pray for our boys”.
“May I enter”?
The picture is the same in the neighboring shelter: the calls do not stop, people in the frontline encourage those in the shelters, and the people here are encouraging those standing firmly on the border.
Soundbite-We are waiting for victory, God is always with us. In the history Artsakh has never been defeated.
The days and the longing of these women are filled with the photos of children and grandchildren, made before the holy war, which give them strength.
Soundbite- Now they are going to school in Yerevan.
Are you provided with everything? “Yes, there is everything”. When the sound of an explosion has not been heard in the heart of Artsakh for several hours, people gather outside with the neighbors, with a smile, hope and faith...
We will win
