After shelling the peaceful settlement and Surb Kazanchetots Church in Shushi, the enemy targeted the hospital in Martakert, where civilians also are treated.
Reporter - This is theMartakert hospital, which was shelled yesterday and you can see the aftermath. Furtunately there were no casualties. Even at this moment the shelling continues.
The facts prove that the enemy not only targets the peaceful civilians but also the infrastructures where people receive first aid.
This is a war crime, the Defense Army warned that the entire responsibility for the aftermath lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan. The response will not be late, it will be inadequate, more painful than ever. Azerbaijan continues to target the settlements of Artsakh.
