"During the 18 days of war our heroic troops retreated a bit to the north and south. In recent days the enemy has changed its tactics, trying to create chaos in the rear with subversive groups. Nevertheless, the Artsakh Defense Army keeps the general situation under control with heavy fighting, causing numerous losses of manpower and military equipment to the enemy.
But we all need to know that a very hard situation has arisen. "I do not say this out of despair, I pass this information because I have an obligation to speak the language of truth to my people, unlike Azerbaijan, which hides thousands of victims from its own people and, according to our data, the loss of more than $ 1 billion in military equipment", the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
According to him, it is necessary to state that the Turkish-Azerbaijani-terrorist alliance will not stop its attack on Armenia and Artsakh. The OSCE Minsk Group countries have made and continue to make efforts to establish a ceasefire.
Pashinyan reminded that a statement by the presidents of the three co-chairing countries was adopted, and a statement on a ceasefire for humanitarian purposes was also adopted in Moscow, for which he thanked the OSCE MG countries. Pashinyan especially thanked the Presidents of France and Russia for their efforts.
"I thank France, President Emmanuel Macron, for their determination to voice the truth from the very first days of the war and for their willingness to make further efforts.
Special thanks to Russian President Vladimir Putin, with whom we have maintained an intensive rconnection during this time. These days, Russia has been able to maintain its role of OSCE MG Co-Chair and Armenia's strategic ally at a high level. I am convinced that this role will definitely be fulfilled in accordance with the best traditions of friendship between the Armenian and Russian peoples", Pashinyan said.
According to the Prime Minister, the Armenian people are united today more than ever, providing financial, economic, media and other support to the Homeland.
"This is the culmination of our national unity and it must be crowned with the realization of our concrete national goals. It is impossible to break the Armenian people, it is impossible to intimidate the Armenian people, it is impossible to defeat the Armenian people. We will stand until the end, and the name of that end is free and happy Armenia, free and happy Artsakh. Today, at this crucial moment, each of us must focus on the realization of this task - Artsakh, the army, the soldier, the front line. This is what should be the focus of our efforts in the Diaspora or in the homeland.
We must turn our mourning into anger, our fears into determination, our doubts into action. We must win, we must live and build our history, and we are building our history, our new epic, our new heroic battle, our new Sardarapat", aid Commander-in-Chief Nikol Pashinyan.
