The European Court of Human Rights has rejected Turkey's application to lift the interim measure imposed on it.
The court upheld the decision to apply an interim measure based on the application of the Republic of Armenia stating that Turkey should refrain from violating the rights of the civilian population protected by the Convention, said Sargis Khandanyan, an MP from the "My Step" faction.
To remind - Armenia has applied to the European Court of Human Rights, asking to take measures against Turkey in connection with providing military assistance to Azerbaijan in the context of the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh.
