The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov gave an interview to Russian media.
"We do not accept the position of Azerbaijani President Aliyev that there is a military solution to the Karabakh issue. Peaceful settlement is the only solution that will ensure lasting peace and development", Lavrov said in part.
According to him, no military solution to the conflict has brought lasting peace. "Any policy of the Turkish president in any direction must be based on reality", he added.
