The Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu had a telephone conversation with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts Davit Tonoyan and Zakir Hasanov, during which he called on the parties to fully fulfill their ceasefire commitments reached in Moscow, the Russian Defense Ministry's press service reported.
"On October 9, at the invitation of Russian President Putin, the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia arrived in Moscow and held talks with their Russian counterpart Lavrov for more than 10 hours. As a result, Yerevan and Baku agreed to cease fire in Karabakh from the afternoon of October 10, exchange prisoners and bodies of the dead, as well as come to an additional agreement on certain details of the ceasefire.
On Saturday, however, the parties began to accuse each other of violating the ceasefire", the statement said.
