Francois Pupon, member of the French National Assembly, made a statement on Twitter.
"As an MP I continue my initiative. Tomorrow I will submit a resolution to the parliament, which I have signed the first, and other MPs have signed together with me.
"According to the resolution put to a vote, the French National Assembly will recognize Artsakh, and the right of Armenians to live on their land".
