"We completely deny the accusation of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan against Armenia, of firing in the direction of Tartar region", wrote the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan on Facebook.
"With this absolutely false information the Azerbaijani side is preparing the ground for aggressive actions against peaceful settlements", the note reads.
