Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan wrote a post on his Twitter microblog, in which he referred to the escalation of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
"We must not exclude any possibility of maintaining the ceasefire. We must continue to provide verification mechanisms which will help us to restore the ceasefire, to restore peace, so that we can return to a peaceful settlement", the Armenian Foreign Minister wrote.
