According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the agreement reached between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia is not fully implemented.
During the meeting with RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Lavrov recalled the meeting that lasted about 12 hours last Friday. According to Lavrov, an important agreement was reached as a result of the meeting initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"But this agreement has not been fully implemented yet, and hostilities continue. We hope that our contacts, including with the Azerbaijani side, with the defense ministers, will fully ensure our tripartite agreement.
Apart from this issue today we must discuss the full range of issues of bilateral cooperation, the participation of our countries in various integration associations, cooperation in the international arena, including the UN and the OSCE". Lavrov said.
